The board

Nothing here runs on one person’s opinion

AL ZADEER is run by a multidisciplinary board. Priorities for every child are set together, and the decision about whether a child needs any additional support belongs to the board — never to the front desk.

Board review

What happens in a review

  • The intake and the on-floor observation are read together
  • The paediatrician, psychologist and dietitian agree the priorities
  • A therapist is consulted where the observation indicates a need
  • A written plan is produced, with actions you can measure
  • If a child needs more than we can deliver, the board says so and refers

Next step

Start with an intake and a baseline observation

The board then recommends the right programme — and tells you honestly if your child does not need one.
