How we handle your information

Child records

Everything recorded about a child — the intake, observations, the plan and progress reports — is confidential and used only for that child’s care planning. It is not shared with anyone outside the board without the guardian’s consent, except where a safeguarding protocol or the law requires it.

Consent

Consent is required for assessments and for any observation beyond the centre’s own sessions, including home visits. Home visits are conducted by two staff members with written guardian consent.

What this website collects

The enquiry form collects only a guardian’s name, mobile number, an optional email, the child’s age and what you type in the message box. It never asks for health information. Submissions are stored on this site and emailed to the centre; nothing is sent to a third-party marketing service.

Photographs

No child is photographed for marketing without written guardian consent, and no child is ever described by a condition in any public material.

Asking us to delete

You can ask the centre at any time to show you what we hold about your child, correct it, or delete an enquiry record. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will confirm in writing.
