Safety & safeguarding
The commitments we make about your child
These are not marketing lines. They are operating rules, and every member of staff signs them.
- Every child interaction is supervised. Consent is required for assessments and for any observation beyond centre sessions.
- Child data is confidential and used only for care planning.
- PlayFit activities are matched to risk level. There is no forced participation, and safety gear is used where needed.
- CCTV covers play and circulation areas only. There are no cameras in toilets, nappy-change areas or the parent counselling room.
- All staff complete police verification, first aid and paediatric CPR training, and sign the child safeguarding policy.
- Therapy is delivered only by qualified practitioners within their scope of practice, and services outside our scope are referred out.
- No diagnostic label is used in marketing, and no child is described by a condition in any public material or on the play floor.
- Suspected abuse or neglect triggers the safeguarding protocol and appropriate referral guidance.
If you have a concern about a child’s safety, raise it with the centre directly. Suspected abuse or neglect triggers our safeguarding protocol and appropriate referral guidance. AL ZADEER is not a substitute for social services or legal protection.
Next step
Start with an intake and a baseline observation
The board then recommends the right programme — and tells you honestly if your child does not need one.
